Project goal
The goal of implementing Odoo for an agile sales team operating both in the field and locally from the office is to create a streamlined, highly efficient workflow that enhances collaboration and data accessibility. By centralizing sales processes, lead tracking, and customer interactions within Odoo, the team can improve response times, optimize resource allocation, and ensure seamless communication across different sales channels. A key part of the project is the integration with Daktela Call Center, enabling real-time data exchange between both systems using GraphQL. This integration ensures that call logs, customer interactions, and sales data are synchronized live, providing the sales team with immediate insights and facilitating data-driven decision-making.
Solution
On-Premise Odoo v18 was implemented as the core system, and two custom modules were developed to address the unique needs of the sales department. The CRM module was heavily customized to align with the company’s specific sales pipeline, incorporating tailored automation, lead management processes, and role-based access controls. Additionally, a second module was created to enable seamless integration with Daktela Call Center, leveraging GraphQL for real-time data exchange. This allows sales representatives to access up-to-date customer call records, manage follow-ups efficiently, and enhance customer interactions without switching between multiple platforms. The solution ensures a fully integrated sales ecosystem that supports both in-office and remote sales activities while maintaining high levels of data accuracy and operational efficiency.
